Reindeer skin drum / SOLD!

I don't remember if I have ever put so much work into a single drum. As it often goes, also with this piece I intended something quite different and then things started to turn their own direction.
Seeing how the skin is turning  into patterns and colors I haven't seen before I knew the rest of this drum needs to follow the skins excellence.
After digging through my boxes with hundreds wood bits and baskets of gemstones I found 'the perfect' combination. 
The result is an absolute one of a kind. Deep, ethereal sound, drum, sculpture, painting.. Holy Tree Art.
