Deer skin drum

Deer skin drum

One of the instruments I keep in their natural beauty and simplicity

Smaller size, easy to carry and warmly melodic drum.

Deer skin around willow-tree frame

36 / 7 cm

Available for 2350 SEK / 235 €

Please note that this skin includes bullet hole (see on picture).

My deer skins are from wild animals from Scandinavia and are sourced through seasonal hunts. As such, all of them have bullet holes which I do sometimes include in the drum's side in order to use as much of the the skin as possible.

They are fixed and safe, thus pose no risk whatsoever to the instruments safety neither affect the sound.
